Returns
We have a 30-day return policy for eligible items. This means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
To request a return, please contact us at info@homezonestudio.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to return your item.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Unless an item is faulty, damaged or supplied in error, customers are responsible for the cost of returning approved items.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, faulty or you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@homezonestudio.com, including photographs where possible. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange or refund where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
As many of our products are cut, made or prepared specifically to your order, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly:

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an eligible item, please contact us before returning your order. Once the original item has been received and approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several working days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
